Refund policy
We accept exchanges and returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed.

In their original condition with all tags attached.

Inside the original packaging.
Note: Items bought on Sale or Clearance cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged.
How to Start an Exchange or Return
To start the process, please email us at support@fiftynine.online with your Order ID and pictures of the product. Our team will guide you within 24–48 hours.
Important Conditions:

Exchange Policy: We offer hassle-free exchanges for size or design changes. Customers are responsible for sending the item back to our address via any traceable courier service (TCS, Leopard, etc.) at their own expense.

Refund Policy (Store Credit): We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, once we receive and approve your return, you will be issued a Store Voucher/Credit of the exact product value, which you can use to buy anything else from our website anytime.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect article from our side, Fifty Nine will bear all the courier charges and replace the product immediately at no extra cost to you.
